We make each piece after you order it. Making takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard US shipping takes 3 to 4 business days, so plan on 5 to 9 business days to your door. Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer. If an order will be later than that, we email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
US addresses only, for now. Because each piece is made for your order, we do not take change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
