Refund policy

Effective October 10, 2026.

Every FIRST UP LAST DOWN piece is made to order, after you order it. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Each product page has a size chart measured laid flat. Please check it before you order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email hello@firstuplastdown.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem (and of the label or packing slip if it is the wrong item). We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law, including any implied warranty that applies to your purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of our approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, your piece may already be in production and we may not be able to change it. If we can still cancel it, we refund you in full.
