Chanceatfinance LLC ("we", "us") runs firstuplastdown.com, the FIRST UP LAST DOWN store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who receives it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. Card payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you write to us: your email address and what you tell us.
- When you browse: basic information Shopify collects to run and measure the store, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, plus the cookies Shopify needs to run the cart and checkout.
Why we use it
To make and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer you when you write to us, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting duties, and understand how the site is used.
Who receives it
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes payments.
- Printful, which makes and ships your order. It receives your name, shipping address, contact details needed for delivery, and the items ordered.
- The shipping carrier that delivers your package.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. If we add an email tool, review app or advertising pixel, we will update this policy before it goes live and add a "Do not sell or share my personal information" link where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Email hello@firstuplastdown.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We answer within 30 days. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Do Not Track
Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use Shopify's secured platform and limit who can see your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
