How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is made to order. Making takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard US shipping takes 3 to 4 business days. Plan on 5 to 9 business days to your door (Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer). If we can't ship in that time, we'll email you with a new date and the option of a full refund.
Where do you ship?
The 50 US states and Washington, DC, for now. Orders of $60 or more ship free; under $60, shipping is $4.95.
Where does my order ship from?
Every piece is printed or embroidered to order by our production partner, Printful, and ships from the US. The blank itself can be made elsewhere (the sling bag is made in China), so the country of origin is listed on each product page under Details.
Where are your products made?
Each product page lists its country of origin under Details. Blanks come from the maker named on that page.
Can I return something I don't want?
Because each piece is made for your order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the size chart before you order.
What if it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You don't need to send it back.
How do sizes run?
Each product page has a chart with measurements laid flat. The heavyweight tee and hoodie are relaxed fits. The performance tee is a regular fit. The trucker hat is one size with an adjustable snap.
How do I care for it?
Follow the care line on each product page. Most apparel: machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering. After production starts, we can't change it.
