Shipping policy
Effective October 10, 2026.
Every FIRST UP LAST DOWN piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you; it is produced after you order it.
Where we ship
United States addresses only for now: the 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other countries yet.
How long it takes
Making takes 2 to 5 business days. After it ships, standard delivery takes 3 to 4 business days, so plan on 5 to 9 business days in all (Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer). Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. Hats and some other items are packed on their own, so one order can arrive in more than one box.
What it costs
- Orders of $60 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $60: $4.95 standard shipping.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when each package ships.
If we cannot ship on time
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you before that time runs out with a new shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you do not answer, we will not treat your silence as agreement to a delay of more than 30 days; we cancel and refund you in full. If we cannot give you a new date, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your package has not arrived 7 days after the delivery estimate, email us. We will work it out with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund. Please tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the address and pay the shipping again, or refund the item price.
